I do a 72 hour fast once a month. Which reminds me I’m due for September. I always maximize the 72 by getting into ketosis first. Two days of steak and avocados usually gets me there. You don’t want to waste any time in your actual fast burning up glycogen. I have great results with that method.Expect to lose about 4 to 5 pounds of fat doing this. Maybe 7 or eight including water.
