Aight y’all I’m going to try this

I need to lose 100 lbs. I’ve done fasting once before, longest made it 72 hr. It was working but I quit which was dumb. My plan is to hydrate a lot tomorrow and eat light, and Monday start 36hr. What advice do you have for basically starting from scratch?

I’ve got at least 100 to lose too but I’m now in a fairly good fasting routine which seems to be working after having a few months focused on work. What I’d say is that the first couple of fasts you do just keep yourself distracted so you aren’t just thinking about when you can eat, for me this was easy with work for OMAD and then extended ones I would head out as soon as I finished work if I felt I might struggle that evening to keep me occupied. Once you get through the first few it’s far easier and your body adapts really quick.

There’s plenty of others worth more experience on here than me who will be able to help but I know that specifically got me through my start again and well on the way (15lb loss this year so far).
