Answer

If you’re truly on OMAD…I think the issue is that you’re not eating enough. Eating 800 to 900 calories a day is probably the cause to your physical aches and pains.

Not to mention you’re exercising so you’ll need to eat even more.

Hopefully you’ve tracked your macros and you know what you truly need.

Answer

Yeah this is why VCLD (very low calorie diets) tend to be supervised by doctors. It takes meticulous planning to get the essential protein, vitamins and minerals you need on 800 calories a day. Now of course most people eating a standard modern western diet are probably deficient in a lot of things even on 2-3k calories per day, but chances are they’re still getting a decent amount of what they need just through sheer volume of food consumed, especially protein. Is there a reason you’re limiting yourself to 8-900 calories a day? Cus I’ll be honest I don’t think you need to be anaemic to feel sick at that number of calories, it’s a normal reaction.
