Any advices tips for 23:1

Hey guys I got used to 16:8 20:4 I think I’m gonna try out 23:1 to see the dramatic changes! Any advices or tips be appreciated!

So I just recently went to one meal a day which is admittedly pretty close to 23 to 1. I have found that eating my one meal around three or 3:30 in the afternoon has been working. I can wake up from a good nights sleep and go until well afternoon without any hunger pains. I’ve also noticed that my stomach has shrunk on the inside so I’m not eating nearly as much as I was before. It’s working for me now but who knows where I’ll be in a week or a month.

If you can, experiment with the timing of your window. There will be a huge difference between making your eating window in the morning VS in the evening. Personally, I have to eat my one meal in the evening because I like to have dinner with family. But, that mean that I wake and I’ve been fasting for 12 hours already and dinner is 10 hours away. I really wish I could try doing a big breakfast instead, but that’s just an option for me.

I agree about experimenting with you eating window. Waiting until dinner just never worked for me….I was always miserable! I like eating at 1230ish best. As long as I get enough fat and protein in, I feel good the next morning. It’s 2am for me and my stomach is growling…and I know it’s because I barely ate anything yesterday ( taking antibiotic that make me feel queasy).
