Not a “cleanse” specifically, but I drink roasted dandelion root tea (or drink the root itself in a glass of water) for liver support. I also sometimes take a milk thistle (silymarin) supplement–it’s not meant to be taken long-term, so I’ll use it for a month or so and then take a break.
Unless your liver is damaged from drugs or alcohol, it works perfectly fine and requires no cleansing whatsoever. Dandelion tea is a diuretic and makes you pee a lot, but that’s about it. The best way to “detox” your body is to drink lots of water.
I did the Dr Clark liver flush years ago. It cured my allergies and bloating plus it dramatically improves my sense of smell and overall energy. Having said that, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone one since it is very intense. Also, last week I tried to do it again and I aborted the mission when I almost passed out…
