Brain fog and shakiness despite electrolytes?

Every time I fast, I start feeling iffy on day two. I get brain fog and slight confusion, I get shaky and clumsy. Just now spilled my electrolytes all over my shirt and that happens all the time when I’m fasted. I take the daily recommendations (according to the info here) of potassium, sodium and magnesium + a multivitamin + caffeine (but I take the electrolytes a couple of hours after the caffeine because it’s a mild diuretic). I’m struggling to type now, my coordination is really bad. I keep hitting the wrong keys. This happens every single time I fast for longer than 24h. And I can’t run. I normally do 10+ km with zero issues but when I fast, I feel too weak and I can’t run, can’t even jog. Lifting weights is also impossible, everything feels ten times heavier. I stopped trying on the days that I fast, just mentioning it because it might be relevant. Other than that I feel fine, although I feel weak and I find it hard to go uphill, it’s not that bad, I don’t pass out or black out or anything. I don’t get headaches or any other discomforts. As long as I’m strolling leisurely or sitting at my desk, I’m fine. Just wanted to ask if the brain fog and weakness are normal despite the electrolytes and if they aren’t, what might be the reason and what can I do about those? PS: I’m 31, in perfect physical health, mental issues include most notably ADHD but I don’t take any meds, only the supplements I mentioned.

That does not sound like a safe thing to do when not monitored. Can you have someone check your BP and draw some labs and get a sense of what is going on? Do you eat really high carb generally, and not adjusted to such low blood glucose or glucose changes? Have you had your EKG and BP and heart checked out recently?
