I mainly have sticked with shredded chicken and overnight oats or ensure everything is protein heavy on meals with 16:8 and weight just came off easy. These past few weeks I’ve had crockpot chili and notice no weight coming off. So I think I’m going back to old reliable. Not sure what it is. I’m not eating more meals or anything. Still the same schedule. Any thoughts?
Well…if is possible you are flipping in and out of keto.
With the oats…you are getting carbs for sure. Depending on the Chilli, you could be low enough carbs that you are hitting ketosis. Not impossible that you are stalling a bit if flipping.
Also…the assumable dip in protein may have an effect
I’d start tracking macros, as it may paint a clearer picture
