Good day guys…I just want to ask if changing the time of when you eat during IF affects weight loss? I’m a student btw, so I adjusts my schedule based on my subject load. (sorry for the bad english)
This is how my schedule looks like:
Monday: sometimes OMAD 23/1 Lunch
Tuesday: sometimes OMAD 20/4 Lunch
Wednesday: OMAD 23/1 Lunch
Thursday: sometimes OMAD 20/4 10am
Friday: OMAD 23/1 9am
Saturday: not OMAD 18/6 7am
Sunday: 36 hours? maybe? Up to Monday lunch

It makes no difference. That’s what’s so great about IF. You can do different timings to fit your lifestyle. I do 3 hour eating window Monday through Friday but on weekends my window is 8 and sometimes 10 hours. Do what works best for you so you can maintain this lifestyle.
I just want to add that I am currently at 2nd month of fasting (1st week)71kg before (I just want to remove my face fat lol t-t but ended up liking the effects of IF in my body at the same time)
I didn’t know how much weight I lost, the weight results of the digital and the not digital weighting scale were quite different. But if I were to estimate, I think I lost somewhere 2-3 kg? Is this bad? Am I doing it wrong? Cuz it feels like it’s slow for me (saw many ppl lost 6 kgs and more in their 1st month, meanwhile I lost only 2-3 kgs so yea.. I overthinked xD)
I do HIIT every night too.Drinks ACV for a while now (1 week and counting!!)
