Just checking in. We all see alot of post announcing fasts, then person disappears. So will update my stats. SW 255, CW 229 If you’re think of trying, go for it. The time has flown, im happy iv progressed, not woken up another day with a difficult weight. Aiming to keep going on my side.

Lol very true. Amazing! I did a 17 day water fast and posted every day for accountibility. Starting my second 30 day water fast goal soon with supplements.

As I noticed my upper leg muscles were strangely getting sore.. because I go up and down the stairs a lot.. never got sore when I wasnt fasting. So I am thinking the potassium electrolyte supplement (lo salt) will help a lot this time around.
