Does anyone here have experience in curing hemorrhoids with fasting?
Absolutely. I cured a terrible case of haemorrhoids with fasting. I have had haemorrhoids for years and after only a month of extended fasting, they have vanished. I do a continuous rolling 72 hour fast, but I have heard a dry fast can totally get rid of hemorrhoids. In my case it is not anecdotal, it is a fact. Fasting got rid of my haemorrhoids.
Unfortunately for me I have to take MiraLAX everyday due to my medications causing me chronic constipation. I fast a lot and I definitely think that it helps. My body is much more regular when I stick to my OMAD fasting routine. I will probably always have to take MiraLAX though, which is essentially sodium, so it just pulls water into the colon so it is pretty benign.
