Hi everyone! Iโ€™ve moved to a new country and to a small town a couple of years ago, and just as I was done with sorting my house and life and was ready to start making friends - covid happened and I got really lonely. I finally feel like I have a friend circle, and that Iโ€™m getting closer to people.

I think that because of that I didnโ€™t feel like I have a reason to look after myself as much as I wanted to because of it, and now itโ€™s finally changing and Iโ€™m focusing more on fasting, my diet, my sleep, just generally about how I feel and look. Itโ€™s nice.

I started a 5 day fast last night after taking a 2 day โ€œbreakโ€ from OMAD and eating very poorly. This will be my first extended fast that Iโ€™m starting without already having been in ketosis. Doing ok now but definitely worried about how Iโ€™ll be feeling later today. I just have to get through the first few days. Wish me luck.
