Hi everyone! Iโve moved to a new country and to a small town a couple of years ago, and just as I was done with sorting my house and life and was ready to start making friends - covid happened and I got really lonely. I finally feel like I have a friend circle, and that Iโm getting closer to people.
I think that because of that I didnโt feel like I have a reason to look after myself as much as I wanted to because of it, and now itโs finally changing and Iโm focusing more on fasting, my diet, my sleep, just generally about how I feel and look. Itโs nice.
I started a 5 day fast last night after taking a 2 day โbreakโ from OMAD and eating very poorly. This will be my first extended fast that Iโm starting without already having been in ketosis. Doing ok now but definitely worried about how Iโll be feeling later today. I just have to get through the first few days. Wish me luck.
