Today is Day 2 of fasting for me. Yesterday I broke my fast at 22 hours and had a 2 hour eating window from 3:30 to 5:30.

I’m aiming for daily 20:4 or OMAD. I have dinner with my friend at 5pm and I plan on breaking my fast then.

Back on it properly today after breaking for Christmas. Didn’t really ‘stop fasting’ but was staying with family so widened my eating window by 4 hours each day, to eat lunch and dinner with everyone. Put on 3-4lb, with a lot of carbs and alcohol. So back to 18:6 minimum and less of the bad stuff

Was already in a major plateau so hopefully I can get back to where I was at least

18:6 today; been consistent with it except through the holidays (family staying, deviated a bit); been back on track last 2 days, and staying there.

Feeling very good; IF isnt my core “strategy” but a tool I use in tandem with diet/lifestyle and have had consistently great results :)

Reason: Avoiding Diabetes and Loosing Weight

Notes: I love my breakfasts and I love dinner so…I have decided I am going to eat breakfast, high protein, the eat dinner around 6-8hours later, and do a 13-15hrs fast at night.

I figure the 6-8hrs will help with the insulin and the 13-15hrs fast does help with using up glycogen. I am comfortable with my fasting regime to fluctuate as I figure out which fasting situation works best for me
