Laxative will dehydrate you. It’s only day 2. Your body is adjusting. Drink more water, consume electrolytes, try some herbal tea. It’s good you’re still pooping. That means your body is cleaning out your digestive tract.
It’s a process; it takes time.
You need to remember that when you change your diet your body freaks out. The bacteria in your system changes and things like gas occur. Eating a simple standardized diet during your fasting will help eliminate this.
Mag 07 is something I take and it has a laxative effect it’s magnesium 3/4 I personally like to empty out my system whilst fasting - and yes very important to take your electrolytes to not become dehydrated good luck 🍀
