Diet check-ups once a month (Newcomers are welcome!)

Based on my experience with intermittent fasting, the difficult part is to manage the number of calories your body needs within the new schedule. What frequently happens is people either overeat or under-eat and label the schedule as not successful. When in reality, it is just a problem of changing how you allocate your calories.

The best way to avoid that is to visit a dietitian or nutritionist who keeps an eye on your diet, or you could count the calories.

We’ve come up with a system that makes it easy and quick for you to get these benefits for free without having to go to someone or count the calories.

How it works:

  1. You send us what you ate for a week.
  2. We make the nutritional assessment for you.
  3. You post your assessment on the Reddit community. (optional, if you want to get more feedback)

Would you be willing to give this a shot? It’s free, and one week should be enough to get a full picture of how your fasting schedule impacts your diet and see if it leads to fat loss or fat gain.
If so, send me a DM or leave a comment here.

Then, you, write:

>I’m a weight loss coach and the nutritional assessments are based around foods’ calories and macronutrients. The assessments show how your calories were consumed throughout the week

One still has to measure or weigh the food to get accurate info, just as with calorie counting. There are a lot of free apps that give nutritional info base on what and how much one eats. Same thing.

What true benefit do you offer?
