Hi all.
I have started my weight loss journey in March 31. I have taken progress pics of my face every day and of my body every month but I’m having issues seeing any difference. I lost 20kg total. The scale agrees I lost weight. My endurance agrees I lost weight. My clothes agree I lost weight. But the mirror and the camera don’t seem to agree. So I’m just hoping to see if the pictures in the link below are any different for those who have never seen me. The first photo is from April 21 and the other one from today.
Some general info:
30yo male
SW: 130.8 kg
CW: 110.8 kg
Fasting protocol: mostly I aim for 18:6, but I sometimes land 17:7 - very rarely lower than that and occasionally OMAD.
Exercise: I am now doing 70 minutes exercise total. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I do 20 minutes HIIT, 50 minutes walk, and 80 push ups (spread out in 4 sessions of 20 push-ups every 5 minutes during my walk). Tuesdays and Wednesdays are just push-ups and walks, and weekends are only walks.
Yes, your cheeks are leaner. You will probably need to be around 95kg or so to see the face gains you are after but it has already started to show. Keep going. I went down from 263lbs to 238lbs since May 31st but can’t see a change on my face, only on my belly.
