For me it depends, I mostly keep fasting, because it just became a habit, but sometimes just will skip, and feel 100% ok with it!
I usually do OMAD on the weekends and it turns out to be 20+ hour fasts. I try to do my longer fasts during the week. I am usually busy at work so the hours pass pretty easy during the week.
I like to keep my options open on the weekends. I don’t want any pressure on the fam for my WOE. I have dinner with Fam on Wednesday night and Saturday nights usually. So I will do a 72Hr fast Sunday night until Wednesday night. I ate last night also (keto WOE). I did OMAD tonight (family was over) I will go for a 48hr until Saturday night. Family is getting used to me doing this finally.
Its all good! I wanted to mix it up a bit. I have been doing rolling 72hr fasts since the beginning of this month.

I kept fasting for the majority of the time but now that I’ve gotten close to my goal, I eat whatever I want at least one day over the weekend. I have maintained but I’m about to go back to pushing hard to tone up :))
I’ve been doing 3 day fasts once a week for 6 weeks now and I’m loving the freedom I feel. After 3 day fasts it’s hard to over eat which was my main issue so I’m not really restricting at all, just being conscious about what makes me feel good. I like to start Monday at 11am and end on Thursday 11am because it keeps me from spending too much money at work 😂 ( I’m a Batista at Starbucks) and then I get to enjoy my weekends.
