Does anyone feel better with almost no water than on-water fast?

I fasted multiple times in the past years. And what I noticed is that when I drink a lot of water(that’s what is generally recommended), I feel really dizzy and weak at some times, so I need a ton of electrolytes. But when I drink like one or two times a day, I feel really better. And I think this evolutionary consistent, I don’t think people had access to 2 liters of water every day.
I fasted for almost a week now and I’m drinking like 200mL of water or bone broth (I’m on a carnivore diet as well) every day before going to bed or waking up, and I feel really great. Does anyone share my experience?

Everyone feels better on a dryfast than on a waterfast 😉.Water is just giving a hard time to your kidneys, preventing them to regenerate and rest… All animals are dryfasting. Only humans think they are fasting while drinking liters and liters of dead water everyday. 🤣

How I felt when water fasting is what pushed me towards dry (and dryish with tea). I think part of the problem is it’s the cheapest advice to give, so everyone says it all the time, so the perceived importance really snowballs.

Yep! I’m starting to suspect that my drinking-frequency in general is habitual rather than need-driven because i just feel better when I don’t drink as much. This is coming from someone who drinks purified water pretty regularly. Going from sugary drinks to water was a big positive change for me but now the next shift is to drinking less water. Life is weird. I would have never guessed drinking less water would be good for me. I guess because i never knew what drinking too much water was and it wasn’t like i was drinking 2 gallons of water a day lol. Just the general 8 glasses. But the fasting experience in general has been nothing short of eye opening
