Answer

That is alot of caffeine IMO, caffeine is a diuretic in large quantities like 40 to 50 ounces or more. Two cups in the morning is enough for me my tumbler is around 24 ounces, most times I only drink about 2/3 of it then just water all day. Do what works for you.

Answer

No. But I’d start working in some water. So drink a cup of coffee. Then water. Back and forth to help you be less dependent on it.

I drink coffee. And maybe more than most? But it’s still only like half a pot. And usually not all of that.

Answer

Everyone is criticizing the amount of coffee without considering the strength of the coffee. If I drank 2 liters of the coffee my dad makes I could probably take a nap. If I drank 2 liters of the coffee I make I’d probably no-clip in to the astral plane while my physical being suffered a rapid fire train of heart episodes.
