Does if make you feel full more quickly?

I’ve been doing 16\8 for a few weeks. Yet when I eat now I feel full much more quickly and continue to feel full not wanting to snack. So I was curious if intermittent fasting could be a factor.

Answer

Same! I’ve seen doing 16:8 for the past two weeks, but today had a early breakfast (going skiing) and was totally full after eating about half what I usually would have! This is huge for me because I’ve always been a high volume eater.

Answer

I’ve been doing OMAD for 3 months (22:2, 23:1), I feel full even when eating carbs and I do not have the urge to eat them afterwards, what I’ve noticed is the amount of discipline you gain with intermittent fasting.

You begin to question what you eat, because you’ll be thinking about things that actually fill you up, not things that just are tasty. You don’t really feel the urge to snack, even if you do it’s a passing feel and even if it does not dissipates, it disappears the moment you eat that meal next day.

Answer

it can, you will get used to it the more you do it, regardless. it may start out as painful and irritating but eventually you’ll just adjust and be Zen and wont notice.

I feel good when fasting because it means i am practicing discipline and losing weight that’s haunted me my whole life.
