I get cold and get migraines when I don’t eat. I’m wanting to do fasting for 24 hours but so far have only made it 20 hours before getting a migraine. Has anyone experienced this? Does it get easier?
Drink more water, supplement with electrolytes (a punch if pink salt now and then may be enough.) Headaches and migraines are one of the symptoms of dehydration, and if you’re not eating, or eating less or less often, you’re not getting as much water (and electrolytes) through food as you normally would, nor are you getting it throughout the day. So you need to drink more to compensate.
