Hi guys, I’m working on getting in the routine in rolling 48’s, starting with a few 36’s. I was doing OMAD before that which I found extremely easy after about a week. So far, I’ve been struggling a bit with going longer than that.
Also, does snake juice help with energy too? I’ve started adding that to make sure I keep up on my electrolytes
If you’re feeling difficult, you may want to take a look at what you’re eating in between fasts.
Make sure it is keto and eat to your hearts delight without counting calories, after a week, you will start to not want to eat much and the hunger will die down.
