Does anyone have a preference on when they eat? Or do you have any “bad” times to eat? I’m currently doing a 36:12 but I’m going back to 23:1 and I usually eat at 7-8pm depending. I don’t know if that’s bad or if it doesn’t really matter. Any thoughts?
I eat late afternoon/evenings before 7pm so my food starts digesting well before bed. Monday-Friday I usually always eat within the 5 or 6 o’clock time periods since I get home a tad bit after 4. During the weekends it’s tough because of family and social life, but I have no problems eating my meal much earlier. You pretty much have to do what works best for you.
