either hungry or can't eat

So I’ve been taking it easy most days doing 16/8 lost 30 pounds got 25 more to shake BUT if I try and shorten my eating window at all I am hungry and my belly hurts, but if I keep on anyway I stop getting hungry and I stop wanting food at all. I feel like 8 hours is too long because I yoyo 6 pounds and lose only 2 pounds a month. So it takes 3 months to stop gaining and losing the same 6 pounds and then it happens again with the next 6 pounds. I feel better and look better and just wanna finish so I can buy pants. What do? No time to work out, at all.

Have you tried low carb/keto? It could help you kick into ketosis faster and not have the issues extending your fast. Also would recommend taking out all sugar and processed foods if you aren’t already. Seems like you are losing and doing great on just 16;8 though

would extending your fasts be an option? or do you have a problem with not being hungry or not eating for a day? I’ve seen people just say if you don’t feel hungry or want food, then don’t eat and extend your fast until you do feel hungry. Longer fasts also seem to help with plateaus.
