Answer

A little bit, yes. But when I cut out sugar completely, my skin is glorious. No joke. Last time I did it - and I mean no sugar in anything at all (e.g., ketchup, salad dressing, etc.) - ten days into it I had two people ask me if I had “something done” to my face. What? “Did you get Botox or something? You look younger.” I shit you not…lol 😆 Two people!! Sugar is really dehydrating, and if you struggle with acne, the bacteria in your skin loves it…

Answer

yes - while fasting all of my pimples and such seem like they get sucked into my body and go away. By day 5 I usually hit the point where my thoughts become clearer and my energy starts to spike. Sleeping in becomes more difficult as 5 hours of sleep is usually more than I can manage (too much energy).

It definitely helps quite a bit but I don’t see too much benefit from it. This is a post I like to share when people ask about the skin thing (and OP could be bullshitting or have done other stuff to help her skin clear up, but highly doubtful). It’s pretty incredible the progress she made.
