How do yall deal? I usually skip dinner and breakfast but by noon time i can feel the irritability coming on and can be hard to deal with sometimes
it might be easier to eat breakfast first. if im doing OMAD, a good nutritious breakfast goes a long way, & it’s easier for me to reach the 24 hour mark. other things that can help curb hunger include taking coffee with a zero calorie sweetener, drinking green tea, & sparkling water. the sparkling water helps me curb cravings as well :)
