There are some interesting observational insights in the book. Some of the recommendations are good too with regard to excluding processed foods and the preparation practices of foods which benefit from it. And meat, of course, is not as bad as the book rightfully claims.

However, the diet leans toward one of those extreme sides of the spectrum, which is not validated by scientific longevity data, and, it’s not suitable for people with certain conditions and might be nutritionally incomplete as well.
