I’m wondering… when did y’all start to notice results in your intermittent fasting journey? Is there a sweet spot or a specific IF ratio that helped jumpstart your results? I’m at the point where I don’t mind decreasing my focus on exercise if it can help me prioritize my diet/fasting. After 7 months, I’m finally ready to focus on the food part of the fat loss equation.
If you can pull it off, you can use 18:6 but also eliminate all sugar and processed food. Then still exercise, especially weights. In this scenario, you eat a lot of protein and fat, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be Keto.
It’s hard though. Not sustainable for me for super long, but it burned fat like crazy
