I am 19 hours in to a 5 day fast. I feel pretty motivated…I need to lose weight overall and I have a wedding this Saturday and my dress is one size too small. When my fiancé leaves the house today I will lose that since of accountability and feel like I could just sneak out and get some fried chicken or cod. I’m trying not to eat anything! Not even an egg, for 5 days. I’m not sure if I can go 24 hours. What do you do in moments of cravings when you are trying to fast???
I say “I’ve eaten that before. I know what it tastes like. I can have it again in a few days.” And I make a list of things I’m craving. Most of the time I don’t even eat the things on my list once I’m done fasting but it gets me through the moment. You got this!!!
