How to I start?

I just found out about Dry Fasting today and i want to know do you just stop eating and drinking cold turkey? I go to trade school mon-fri at 8:00am-2:30pm and I lift weights mon-sat for 13-30min. How would I do this and not feel light headed or passout etc, and how would I dryfast and retain/build muscle?

I also do semen retention.

just do it and listen to your body so you don’t overdo it. The first day I tried intermittent fasting 10:30am rolled around and I thought I would die for lack of food. The next day and after, though, I had no problem waiting until noon

try zero carb 24 hours before you start and do what you can to help poop faster, more on this later. there are medical conditions for low levels of electrolytes, hyponatremia being low levels of salt. best thing to do especially if you’re active is to have pinches of salt throughout the times you’re awake and every time after waking up. after fifth day or sooner you want to to replenish the other electrolytes.

nose breathing helps with retention hydration but it’s not the same as having electrolytes straight up. see for yourself. most of the mental stress is from backed up poop and low levels of electrolytes. the prep earlier mentioned is to get the poop easier out when you’re dry fasting and the low carb also helps. nose breathing takes time getting used to and it does help. the most important thing here is having salt! I’m all for exploring the truth myself however we cannot ignore the medical conditions of low levels electrolytes. dry fasting can be dangerous if you’re driving so please have salt before you drive and get experienced dry fasting before driving in a fasted state.
