50-60 is a bit much for your goal. If you paired a 7 day dry fast, followed by a 2 day water/rehydration set, then went into zero carb for the rest of the days, you could get to about 30lbs down if you are strict about everything.
Pair it with light cardio of walking everyday for an hour to really solidify those 30 lbs down.
30 lbs is a HUGE difference still, just look at visual representations of 30 pounds on Google search to see for yourself!
