Weight loss wasn’t really my goal but If anyone’s wondering I started at 72 kg (158 lbs) and ended at 66 kg (145 lbs). During the final days my sense of smell was super sensitive and was smelling food everywhere. Maybe that’s just placebo effect idk. The only Noticeable improvement healthwise was I used to suffer frequent and severe heartburns which so far has gotten alot better and is almost non existent. Today I broke it with:
a cup of bone broth + 1 egg + yakult(65 ml of probiotic milk kinda drink)
one egg + yakult
one and a half scoop of avocado with 200 g of raw salmon and tuna + 150 ml of fruit/veg juice
Is it normal to feel sleepy by the end of the day? Or is this too much food for the first day? I never felt sleepy during the fast
I do omad most days and my heart burn went away real fast. That’s probably the biggest benefit I’ve noticed. Your post actually reminded me that I used to suffer from heartburn on certain foods and it’s crazy to live a “normal” life now without the need of any medication.
