I took off Saturday and Sunday. I rarely get 3 day weekends and I simply didn’t wanna spend it hungry. I didn’t go eating a ton, but I ate when I was hungry.
Just wanna remind you all to be gentle to yourselves and that it’s okay to take breaks. I normally do 17-19 hours but I’m easing back in with a 13 hour tonight.
I know myself enough to know that this would mess me up, I’d have more and more of these “breaks” and I’d give up on my goals altogether and end up relapsing like so many times before, but good on you for having better self control than me :)
For me it’s either/or, there is no in-between, untill I’ve reached my goal.
Same! We went out of town to visit family and all fasting went out the window. I usually fast from 6pm to noon or 1 the next day. Not this past weekend! I was eating brunch at 10:30, dinner at 7ish. I felt heavy and full but happy to not be preoccupied with hours and calories and everything. Happy to be back on it this evening! :) good for you for just taking a little break!
