Hey if-ers-
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for a little over 2 months. Usually 18 hour fasts sometimes more. This weekend my best friend came up and I decided to just not fast this weekend.
Today I feel terrible. My stomach is so crampy. I’m so sleepy. It’s just not great. I can’t believe I would normally eat that much. I think I’ll probably do a longer fast at the beginning of the week to reset.
Oh and additionally my poops right now suck. So many tiny poops. Not pleasant. A long weekend of drinking and bar food is clearly not good for my body.
Last week I splurged on a giant burrito and then pizza another day. It took me like 2 solid days of feeling gross and bloated before I recovered. I can’t believe I ate like that regularly before IF.
Edited to add: Today is day 48 of IF and I am never looking back!
