I’m afraid to eat... Currently on day 12.

I have a problem. I have a freezer full of food. Along with cabinets filled with bone broth, vegetable broth, noodles, beans, and so on. While water fasting, I have less of a desire to eat fast food but more of a desire to cook. I have been to the grocery store twice since fasting. The items I purchased are not healthy. While I want to better myself, old habits are hard to break. There are moments where I think that doing this fast was a waste of time. Yet I don’t want to break it because I don’t want to fall back into my old routines.

Answer

I Strongly recommend making a plan of what you will eat for the first few days after you end your fast. I would make it mostly healthy food, but include a few treats to reward yourself for your awesome fast! Do your best to stick to that plan and it will help loads.
