Intermediate faster here! Need some advice.

I live outside the USA and I came to visit a couple of weeks ago. I usually take this as an opportunity to stuff myself with actual poison and dogshit, all the amazing junk food I can’t find in my country. So now I’m +5kg heavier and my belly looks like it’s gonna burst open. I’ve done 12 hour and 16 hour fasting before, and tried 24 hour for 8 days and had pretty good results. If I try to stick to a 24 hour fast for 2 weeks while cutting carbs and sugar, just having dinner (+exercise) should I expect to see good results?

After long fasts and a hardcore ketogenic diet I once went travelling and gained 18lbs in 10 days and thought I was bursting.

It was mostly water, it all came off once I went back to my normal routine.

I wouldn’t worry too much.
