Need advice on my schedule and tips

I originally did weights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday which were also my feeding days. then the rest of the days I did water fasting. I did a dry fast yesterday and I was going to continue but I read that I should do a day of water fasting before eating again and since I need to eat on Monday for my weight lifting I stopped my dry fast today and drink some water. I was thinking that on Thursday I could do a dry fast then Friday do a water fast while doing weights or at least try to then Saturday do another dry fast and then Sunday do another water fast. After which Monday I’ll eat and do weights and then Tuesday another water fast day and then Wednesday eat food and do weights. Should I do it this way? I’m thinking about doing this for 2 weeks or so. What you y’all think?

I think that sounds good and it’s awesome you are taking the time to get some water back in before your feast day. Definitely keep up with your electrolytes/vitamins and minerals so after you’ve purged the bad from your gut and cells you have what your body needs to rebuild properly.
