Plain Yoghurt they say is fortified with vitamin D while the flavored is not. I have been told to buy a plain one and engage it with some honey if I have a sweet tooth. Clarification required please.
Better is up to what your aim is. If youre eating yogurt for probiotic purpose then plain greek is the way to go. The sugar added in the sweet ones can fuel a dysfunctional gut by feeding bacteria that doesnt need to be fueled.
