Yes.
FYI if you want to get back to cooked breakfast at some point eggs are great too. Frittata, omelette & egg bites are all good options. If you add cheese light hand on the cheese & no breakfast meats (if you must uncured ham is ok).
If you make omelettes try the French method (you can do it with olive oil too) to get the goey center without needing any cheese.
Seems a little slanted towards protein and fat. I would try and shift the balance a little bit more towards carbs than it’s currently at. It might also benefit from more insoluble fiber, depending on what’s in those crackers. I tend to like raspberries better than blueberries for this reason.
