I started this diet on 1st March and as of today 6 th March I have lost 5 kgs from 112kg to 107kg , but I am not able to do my running workouts as I feel very tired , plus I am craving carbs. In these 5 days I had one refeed after 72 hours if mint strawberry salad and chicken.Please advise if I should continue or take 2-3 days off
You know yourself best. I also lost the same amount and decided to refeed yesterday with a feast, and I still lost a pound after. Personally, despite the founder telling you to tough it out usually lol, I think it’s okay to do ADF / rolling 48s or 72s then refeed. So long as you take care of yourself and fast you’re good! I feel great after eating and now I’m coasting easily into a 20ish hour fast. Planning to do more! Good luck :)
