Hello! I’m M - 172 cm - 72 KGs (5.7 - 159 lbs) I have started my first fast on January the 1st (76 KGs) and ended it on the 14th of January. (I know the numbers might seem ok but I am really fat; Belly, Love handles and big thighs)
I really feel like losing 4 KGs in almost 2 weeks isn’t quite a good result comparing to other people on this SubReddit..

I used to put some table-salt on my hand and just eat it when I have dizziness/headaches, do you think I should use a special salt?
Sometimes when I go out I feel like it’s getting hot (altho the temperature is really low), I begin to sweat that I sometimes take off my jacket, my stomach aches and I feel like I want to throw up out of the blue… (Happened in the last days of fasting in Carrefour, Metro Station & a Library) but when I go home and rest a little I feel better but once I have thrown up (it…was…just…water…)
I want to re-fast from tomorrow, any advice?? Thanks!
4kg is actually pretty good. Different people have different bodies and heights / weights, people who are heavier burn more calories, etc.
For your height and weight, 4kg is really good and a bit higher than the average - the average normal person a day loses 0.4-0.7 pound a day/ 0.180g-0.300g - That’s not much, I’ve seen heavier people lose 2-4kg a week, but that’s because their burning 4-6,000 kcal a day.
