Preparation and refeeding for a 7 day dry fast

This sunday night (at 10 pm) I am starting my first 7 day dry fast. One month ago I completed a 4 day dry fast and felt great (my throat and mouth were wet too), but I did have to break it due to something that came up in my social circle.

Do you guys have any recommendation for this 7 days? I would like to know specially your opinions about how I should re-feed. I am doing a fruit (only in the morning) + meat (lunch and dinner) diet with some low antinutrients veggies like onions.

I will try to walk every day about 1 hour at least in order to breathe some fresh air and keep my blood moving. Also I will be doing my regular job (easy right now) which is only mental work (teaching and researching). My normal weight is 75 kg and I will probably loose 10 kgs, a value that I had some time in the past so it will be no problem for me.

BTW, I am doing this fast to heal my gut and also to cure chronic epididymits. I really feel like I can cure both. What do you guys think?

Answer

I’ve heard that the best food to refeed with is cabbage soup.

It helps prime the kidneys due to the presence of something called beta-cafanaze.

Also if you can, ensure you sleep upside down to prevent too much moisture escaping your mouth.
