Question regarding Twinnings of London tea...

Sorry if this has been asked before or isn’t allowed. I’ve been trying to find Twinnings of London Nutrition Facts everywhere but they don’t seem to have it posted online or on the packets/cartons themselves. I didn’t even know that was legal. That said, I’m trying to figure out if their Pure Chamomile, Lemon and Ginger, or Pomegranate and Raspberry break a fast? I’m almost certain Chamomile wouldn’t, but looking at the Ingredients for the other two I’m not so sure. Thanks for the help.

EDIT: Listing Ingredients below for ease

Pure Camomile = Camomile

Lemon and Ginger = Ginger root, Natural lemon & ginger flavours with other natural flavours, Lemon grass, Linden, Lemon peel, Blackberry leaves, Citric acid

Pomegranate & Raspberry = Rosehips, Hibiscus, Natural pomegranate and raspberry flavour with other natural flavours, Orange leaves, Apple pieces, Liquorice root, Roasted chicory root

Answer

If you are new to this and your goals are primarily about weight loss and you intend to use this tea to help you “not eat” specifically, then you can use these teas.

If you were on some spiritual journey to cut out all outside influences, then the sweet aspect of the tea might be a nono.
