Refeeding syndrome, phosphorus, SOLUTION?

GOOD NEWS, I believe

I was getting concerned reading about the “refeeding syndrome” dangers and considering ending my fast early. After a LOT of research I found ‘CALCIUM PHOSPHORUS” by ‘Wonderlabs.” I believe it will be a great help and now feel confident to continue on.It contains a good amount of phosphorus and thiamin, both important to prevent refeeding syndrome (in addition to the Na, K, Mg you should already be taking…). It also has A, C, D3, E, B2, Ca, and iodine.

Hopefully this can be of help and of course comments are welcome. I know there’s a lot of “refeeding syndrome isn’t a problem” folks out there but I’m looking to do at least 40 days if not a “complete” fast and I don’t think taking this with a multivitamin can hurt. Better safe than stupid.

But sure, it probably won’t hurt, just do it in addition to Na, J, and Mg, but instead of
