Rolling 48's or OMAD?

Hey guys

Which one would help with losing weight quicker, I know people will say whichever one you will be able to keep up but I believe I can do both.

In your eyes which one would aid with losing weight quicker and why, rolling 48s or the Omad, of course both would be keto and the OMAD would be low calories, in the 700s.

Thanks

How much are you looking to lose? Rolling 48’s with that 700 kcal keto refeed will melt weight off of you pretty quickly.
Dedicate to one week of this routine, then look in the mirror naked for the first time that week. You should see some motivating progress! If you found that sustainable, just repeat until you’ve reached your ideal self.

I adore rolling 48’s during the work week, with refeeds or just periods of eating in between (Defining a ‘refeed’ as something small before diving back into a fast, rather than a day of eating in between.)
I keep busy, drink my snake juice, and each week I look better than the last. If you can banish excuses and just commit to each 36-60hr period of fasting, you’ll feel damn good about yourself and each subsequent fast gets easier.

Bonus points if you resist any free company meals in the breakroom mid-fast.

Good luck and don’t neglect to drink your Snake Juice!

The first 3 days of a fast tend to be when you feel the most cravings. The hunger subsides after that until you have lost enough fat that your body is actually needing fuel to live (depends on the person, but we may be talking weeks).

CLARIFICATION: I’m not talking about weeks of OMAD or weeks of rolling 48s. Once you eat, you reset the clock on cravings, so you are still in the worst cravings period.

I always do OMAD first (on foods that are healthy) before I go into a prolonged fast.

I weigh in at 320 (last time I’ve checked. I have to weigh myself again today) and I’m making short goals which helps me focus more. Aiming for 299. Then the next goal to aim for 289 and so on in that sequence til I hit 170.

You are overthinking a simple equation. Less time eating = more time fat burning. Its that simple.

Rolling 48s would be better than 24s. Just like 72s would be better than 48s and a 10 day would beat them all. Do OMAD as your base and work on what you eat, vegetables, high quality proteins/eggs, lower carb is better for fat loss initially but is not sustainable long term, so use it as a tool. Then sprinkle in some 48s and 72s.

Don’t worry about counting calories or macros, its unnecessary,. Just stick to OMAD - literally one normal portion plate of food. I’m sure you’ve dieted enough to know what a normal sized meal is vs a fatass meal.
