Seem to be hitting a plateau

So I’ve been doing intermittent fasting since March 2021 and been steadingly loosing weight, about 5 kg two o three weeks it has slowed down just before christmas and since then I seem tk be stuck at the weight I am right now. Before Christmas I did 1 meal every other day (1/ 48h) but between Christmas and new year I had my cheat period and since then i went back to Omad. However I seem to be stuck at my current weight (90kg/199 pounds) i would still like loose some more. Maybe I’m a bit impatient but I would like to know if more people have this. I do keto btw.

Do a 2-3 day fast, easiest way to break any plateau. Plateaus are just mental, I’ve lost about 25 kilos in last 3 months, for me the hardest thing was going below 95 because that was like this mental block for me, once I got past it it got very easy.

You’re probably not eating enough. How many calories are you having? Eat maintenance level for a few days then go to a smaller deficit (500 calories below maintenance).

If you are working out a lot you will need more food.
