I have this same question. This is kind of the schedule im sticking to, in order to lose weight but still make IF sustainable for me. I still try to keep myself in check on the weekends tho by not overeating.
From what I’ve read, I think as long as your overall weekly CICO is under, you should still see progress.
Could be yes, could be no. It depends on how much you eat. It’s unfortunately super easy to cancel out 5 days of progress with 2 free days.
I think you should try it and see. Try it for a couple weeks and monitor your progress. If it doesn’t work, then you can still eat early on weekends, but you may need to reduce your calories.
