So I’ve been newly into the fasting game doing 16:8 M-F. Weekends are more challenging and I tend to not follow typical patterns.
Question is, does this really mess up the flow of fasting M-F. Am I shooting myself in the foot by breaking that cycle on weekends then “starting over” come Monday? What am I losing out on by doing this?

There’s people here that do that to varying degrees, basically what it comes down to is does it work for you?
I know me personally I need to be doing at least ADF for real weight loss benefits but if your body is working well on 16:8 M-F then that’s good
