Stuck on the weekend

I (31M) am really good at keeping a 20 hour fast and then OMAD lifestyle on the weekdays when I don’t spend to much time outside the home. One the weekends however I seem to go off the rails when hanging out with friends, especially when we go out to the clubs. What advice and suggestions have helped you from going off the rail?

IF is meant to be flexible. Adjust your window, accept a 6 hour window on weekends or even a day off. Good rule of thumb is just skip breakfast or delay until a late brunch. Don’t go too crazy on calories. Enjoy your social life and your time with friends! Your discipline during the week is great, but being flexible is also good for your body from what I’ve read. Keeps your metabolic rate working for you.
