Snake diet success

I just wanted to share my success story using the snake diet protocol. For disclosure, I have used this diet with success in the past, but like many, I gained some weight during the pandemic and it finally came to the point where I had to do something about it. My issue has always been with the refeed. I would fast for 4-5 days, drinking lots of snake juice, lose 8-10lbs, and then would come time for some food. I would always end up binging on carbs, gain back a bunch of water weight and have a difficult time getting back on the next fast. However, this time, I followed the advice of u/everysecondcounts, on a fairly recent post where they mentioned the importance of meat only for the refeed to prevent any weight gain. I read and re-read that post a few times on the day of my refeed, and was committed to sticking with my plan. Im very happy to report it worked, I actually had lost a pound when I weighed the next morning! My plan from here is rolling 48s and stick to carnivore until I reach my gw. Hey i know that guy! One last tip that i did not mention and tested a few days ago.

If by any chance you end up cheating on carbs or eat so much protein that your body turns it into glucose by gluconeogensis, run like your life depends on it.

It´s important that you do anaerobic exercises (high intensity) like running or HIIT, so your body uses almost 100% of its energy source from glucose, if you just walk it will burn mostly fat and the weight won´t drop as much.
