Hi everyone, I am 24yo, 177cm(5’9 in retard unit 😁), 93kg(205 pounds) and starting a full month of IF(18/6 and 20/4) without skipping a day because I see too many people posting good content here and I want to be part of it.
Any advice to lose weight without losing muscle? Do you take vitamines and electrolytes to help with fasting?
Eat a lot of protein every day to encourage your lean body mass to stick around, and don’t be one of the people who calorie restrict in a ridiculous way to get fast results. Eat real, whole food as much as possible, don’t drink any calories, and just by doing that you’ll start seeing good results
